Dr hafsa saeed got her certificate out of a cereal box — I’m certain. She has no compassion no empathy I will be taking this further as she SHOULD NOT BE WORKING WITH VULNERABLE PEOPLE. As someone who is a support worker for my clients needs she failed to prescribe the appropriate medication that he required and the outcome of that is he could have done serious harm. STAY CLEAR
I felt very comfortable at the superclinic, Dr. Tilahun and Dr. Bety. They are patient and empathetic, and they took their time during our appointment. They listen carefully and provide the right support and information throughout the entire process. I have not encountered doctors who understand your feelings and offer genuine support like them. I recommend anyone who has a positive view of African doctors to consider their care.
Had an appointment booked for 5:50 to get my swollen and painful throat checked out , booked it this morning at 9 am, nobody picked up the phone for the longest time, when we got. There for the appointment at 5:40, there’s a sign on the door saying ‘due to the absence of a doctor, we closed at 4:30, we apologise for any inconveniences’ . Absolutely disgusting treatment by Dr Sahilu Mazengiya was spoken to as if I had no idea about what I was doing and treated disrespectfully and wasnt listened to at all was also told as I live in hoppers that I couldn’t recieve a referral to the RCH which is ridiculous as I’ve had plenty of referrals to the RCH given by there
I have been seeing Dr . Eiman Al Raheb for the past 2 years for ongoing treatment and I cannot praise her highly enough. She has been exceptional in her care. The hospital team was really impressed with Dr Eiman Al Raheb’s diagnostic work-up for my condition before I started treatment.The nurse Rahwa that attended me each time was kind and gentle. The receptionists have also been great.. I highly recommend this Medical Centre.
