What’s the point of booking an appointment if patients are left waiting for over an hour? If the doctor cannot see patients on time because of overbooking, then those slots should not be shown as available online. Patients’ time deserves the same respect you expect when enforcing your $20 no-show fee. How do you compensate patients for the hours you waste?
Good doctors at this medical centre. All other services like physiotherapy, dentistry, laboratory all available at one place.
We had an extremely horrible and shocking experience from this Dr Hiluf Gebrehiwot! Two different patients attended here , in total 3 visits and all of them , he was extremely rude, very impatient , unprofessional and never giving the patient chance to talk or explain and get concerns addressed before leaving. It was enough during the last visit Dr visit from the second patient. The only reason I come here is because my children and I love Dr. Hiluf Gebrehiwot. He's an awesome doctor, thorough and actually listens. But the administration and customer service is horrible. There's just no care for the people and i always feel rushed and unheard. They are representing this place very poorly. If our doctor were to move we would not come back to hoppers super clinic.
Waited an hour for an appointment before walking out due to no acknowledgement of how far behind they were running. Do not bother booking here.
