The clinic has changed a lot, with new management and doctors. The atmosphere has changed a lot and is welcoming. They offer bulk billing, with blood test done on the same property

I am writing to express my frustration and disappointment with the reception staff at this clinic. While the medical care I receive from Dr. Hiluf and Dr. Bethel is excellent, the treatment I receive at the front desk is rude, unprofessional, and unacceptable. What’s the point of booking an appointment if patients are left waiting for over an hour? If the doctor cannot see patients on time because of overbooking, then those slots should not be shown as available online. Patients’ time deserves the same respect you expect when enforcing your $20 no-show fee. How do you compensate patients for the hours you waste?
