Hoppers has a GREAT family business reputation in FDL that is 2nd to none.
Hopper's Trophy department sets the bar high when it comes to ustomer service, quality, workmanship and delivery time. John helped us with a presentation plaque that after completion, a spelling error wasnoticed. He took care of it immediately and we had it back within 24 hours. Street Pedalers LLC uses Hoppers for all thier printed logo apparel and love the quality as well! We highly recommend Hoppers!!
My daughter received a trophy from the candy cane Classic at the Fond Du Lac YMCA, my youngest drew all over the label and when I cleaned it off it took the writing off as well. My daughter was devastated. I made a phone call asking about a replacement plaque no questions asked a new one will be in the mail! Thank you for great service & for fixing a problem that wasn't your fault. Very pleased with this company & its employees!
