Just got my roadworthy certificate (RWC) done at Hoppers Service Centre and couldn’t be happier! The team was super professional, thorough, and explained everything clearly—no surprises or unnecessary upsells. They spotted a couple of minor things, fixed them quickly, and had me sorted same day, which was a huge time-saver. Had a roadworthy done here, I had many roadwothys done over the years but this was the first one here at Hoppers service centre. This is the most expensive place where I have had a roadworthy done - the inspection itself was priced reasonably but they also charged a re-inspection fee even though all issues with the car were fixed and it was taken back to them within 14 days. Huge thanks to John for the amazing service. He was incredibly prompt and had my car ready within 24 hours, which I really appreciated. He understood how stressful it can be being without a car and went out of his way to accommodate things quickly. Very reasonably priced, honest, and reliable. Thank you so much John for fitting me in when I walked and explained to John what was happening to the car with transmission fault warning coming up. John booked me in for a service the next morning and did a great job in doing the transmission service and scanned the vehicle resetting the transmission module. Keep up with your great customer Service Guys. I would not hesitate to recommend anyone going for ah honest mechanic around these days wo does the job perfect. Absolutely wonderful professionals here!! I had a bit of an emergency with my car tyres and connected with Anand at Hoppers Service Centre. He was very helpful and understood my situation. They are thorough with their expertise in the service and recommendations on the different types of tyres. They are also very diligent about making sure the customer understands the details of the issues.
