Reception polite and friendly, appointments pretty much on time, very low wait time, convenient parking, pathology on site.

If I could give this centre 0 I would. I drove there feeling very dizzy after being ill for over a week. I’d seen there were hot doc appointments available so thought I would try to see if I could get in before work. This is not my usual doctor. Firstly I was met with suspicion by the receptionist who wanted to clarify I didn’t have flu symptoms, then she “reminded” me very loudly that it was a private billing centre like I couldn’t afford the $83, then said there would be no chance of getting in until 4pm. My kids love to visit Dr. Ghani. He is so friendly with the kids and makes them feel so comfortable with his chit chats with them. He makes the appointment go easy breezy and kids just adore him. Thanks Doctor for being so kind and listening patiently to the families ! Best doctor in Melbourne :)
