It is with regret that I am downgrading my 5 star review to a 2 whilst the staff are wonderful there are some issues of continual cancelled appointments or adjustments of time weekends because the dentist does not want to come in and then never receiving a call to reschedule which has now left me to find a new dentist as they are now unreliable in keeping appointments. I visited Hoppers Crossing Family Dentist and was looked after by Dr Sonam. She was good and detailed in her assessments. I also got teeth cleaning done which has previously for me has been a painful experience at other dentists. However, here the technology/machine they used made the process smooth and painless. I was very satisfied and happy with the outcome. The staff was considerate and friendly. Thank you.
I’m not sure if patients are even allowed to cancel an appointment just an hour before, but in my case, the staff called and canceled my booking because the dentist was unavailable. If the dentist wasn’t available, then why make the appointment in the first place? On top of that, I received a call only an hour before asking me to reach the clinic within 20 minutes or else the doctor would leave — which is completely unreasonable. From 5 Stars to Deep Regret About a year ago I started a deep clean treatment along with a wisdom tooth removal that cost me around $2K. At first I was impressed, the staff were friendly, treated me well and made me feel comfortable. Over the course of the treatment I had around 8 visits.
