I attended this store with a non-English speaking couple who wanted to purchase a carpet but found the process unfamiliar and daunting. Donna was amazing. She listened with great patience and empathy. She helped the couple navigate their choices and was quite flexible. I really appreciated her kindness and professionalism. It's a shame I can't give her more than 5 stars.
