I was a loyal customer but no more. They just rip your money. Took my car as I noticed smoke / steam from front. They charged $165 to 'inspect' and tell me the radiator hose is leaking. But just a month earlier, i took a general check-up and paid $294 when they didn't find this problem. Nevertheless, it was the price to replace the upper radiator hose that pushed me away. Great service and customer service
I Haven't used this company before but I can say Raz is very Approchable and Professional as the manager he has answered all my Questions and was an excellent listener Provided the scanner diagnostics on the 02 sensors in Regards to check engine light Mohammed worked on my Mazda hes done a Fantastic job aswell I wouldn't hesitate to use them highly Recommended.
At the time of posting this review, I haven't actually taken my car in yet for a service. However giving Hoppers auto care a 5 star because they were not only quick to respond to my enquiry, but the guy I spoke to on the phone was kind, he explained things simply for me to understand and gave me his recommendation of what type of service I should get for my recently purchased car.
