We’re so thankful for Hopper Transmission! They went above and beyond to fix my husbands truck in a timely manner. The truck is running better than it ever has, and we couldn’t thank them enough. They’re also very affordable. If you’re looking for transmission work this is the place to go.
Honest reliable and the owner has a heart helped me get our vehicle goin so my son could make it to hes brain doctor appointments at children's very honest and nice people if your woryed about doubts do not have none they will take care of you.
I brought in my 05 chevy Silverado a year ago. This is my work truck, which they know. Originally they had my truck for almost 3 months. They gave it a 1 year warranty on the work. Within 9 months the transmission went bad so i returned it. They had the truck for over 2 months again, very poor communication. Now, only two months after they "rebuilt" my truck the transmission went out again. I contacted them a week ago about this issue, but they never got back to me. My wife and I were visiting Hot Springs and our transmission failed in our Suburban. Hopper Transmission came to our rescue and did an outstanding job repairing our vehicle at a reasonable cost. We were very impressed with these folks! Thanks for taking such good care of us!!!
