Excellent experience! We were on vacation and noticed transmission issues . We were towed here from our insurance company . They did an amazing job getting us back on the road in just a few hours ! Kudos to their outstanding service .
Really great shop, had them working on my 89’ Jeep. Took them awhile because of parts, but they were determined! I’m super happy with their work and will go again if needed(hopefully not)
One star for no reason but to warn people about this place. April lied to me twice and lied to the boss about me. It was not professional plus my car never got fixed. I was threatened that they were going to tow my car. Im getting on my feet after an abusive marriage and they set me back two weeks. It is a shame that they couldn't be more honest and communicate more professionally.
This has got to be the best transmission repair shop in Hot Springs Ar! They were absolutely the best in everything! Diagnosing my problem, fair pricing and fast turnaround. Finished my transmission in a day and a half! With a guarantee!! And, he has Veteran discounts! The staff were respectable and friendly, simply the best! Thank you all so much Hoppers for taking care of our vehicle! EXCELLENT!!
