Dr. Hopper set a tone that helped me feel comfortable about sharing about my troubles. I worked with him for 3 years on and off and made a lot of progress with sexual ptsd, family trauma, and depression. Hopper is incredibly honest. Amazing guy.

If you are looking for a psychiatrist who will disingenuously laugh out loud at you instead of reflecting and responding to the significance of your words Dr. Hopper may be a good fit. If you are looking for a psychiatrist who is unable to talk about things that make HIM uncomfortable Dr. Hopper may be the guy to help you continue avoiding yourself. If you are looking for someone unable to see past his own person and history to see you I highly recommend Dr. Hopper. He was not the doctor for me.
