My husband and I left a message with the office personnel for either Craig or his paralegal to please contact us after a brief conversation regarding our case about a probate matter, didn’t even speak with a paralegal. Received a call back barely ten minutes later by a Karen and was told that they are unable to talk to us about our case and when asked was offered no explanation. Karen just left a number to a legal referral service. I was never even given a chance to describe our case. Very poor first impression.
