Dr Jackson doesn't like being asked to do his job. When you ask him to, he considers it insulting and acts unprofessionally. He is coin operated... no appointment, no services. He will send his patients to sit in the ER for 6 hours rather than write a recurring prescription. It's doctors like Jackson who cause our healthcare costs to be high and outcomes to be unnecessarily poor. He is clearly unhappy as a physician and he is going to make sure his patients are going to feel unhappy too.
Rudely told me to go to urgent care when I had a serious issue. Never bothered to call me back.
Every time I’ve seen Alan jackson I leave feeling annoyed, disrespected, and not taken seriously. If you want to feel heard by a doctor don’t go here. It does not feel like he cares AT ALL
Worst primary care experience I've ever had. Completely unprofessional, and the way they perform, definitely against some code of conduct. I remember in my last check-up appointment, I was with Dr. Alan Jackson. He asked me to open my mouth wide during the check-up and made a snarky comment "well, good to know you take care of your teeth" after seeing I had some staining (which was not a result of poor hygiene). Nice people, but very difficult to reach when you need them. I’m frequently punted over to urgent care for treatment outside my annual physical, when I’d prefer to have an established doctor-patient relationship. Not great.
