My kids and myself see Dr. Bieberman and her really outstanding NP. I have only had good experiences! All of my 5 young kids like them a lot-and with this crew we have had quite a few opportunities to see them. My kids are very chatty and both doctor and nurse practitioner are very cool about it. When the kids need to be seen for something that day, the office staff always gets us in and are very helpful. I was very surprised to see poor reviews here. We really like them!

I’ve called at least 10 times in the past week at various times of the day to schedule an appointment and it’s always on hold. It’s very frustrating to not be able to get ahold of your doctor when you need assistance with a medical issue.

I would never use this office or these Dr's for anything! Waited 1 year for my physical, Dr calls out that day, now I have to wait an additional 6 months to see him. I have had 3 different Dr's in last 5 years cause they keep leaving to join different offices. Kind of tells you something, doesn't it?

I like my doctor, but it is almost impossible to get an appointment with him. I have had mostly good experiences with the receptionists recently (though that was not the case in the past). However, the past month or so, I have had horrible experiences with the nurses I have interacted with. I switched to this doctor in September of last year. Booked an appointment for a physical literally 4 months out…. That’s insane. Dr. Jillson did not even see me in person for more than 5 minutes. he only spoke with me over the phone while I was in the exam room. The front desk staff is very rude and unfriendly and it takes a good 10 minutes to even get a hold of somebody to schedule a same day appt.
