I highly doubt not recommend this place to anyone. Dr Willment as well as the front desk are not health care professionals
My kids and myself see Dr. Bieberman and her really outstanding NP. I have only had good experiences! All of my 5 young kids like them a lot-and with this crew we have had quite a few opportunities to see them. My kids are very chatty and both doctor and nurse practitioner are very cool about it. When the kids need to be seen for something that day, the office staff always gets us in and are very helpful. I was very surprised to see poor reviews here. We really like them!
I’ve called at least 10 times in the past week at various times of the day to schedule an appointment and it’s always on hold. It’s very frustrating to not be able to get ahold of your doctor when you need assistance with a medical issue.
I would never use this office or these Dr's for anything! Waited 1 year for my physical, Dr calls out that day, now I have to wait an additional 6 months to see him. I have had 3 different Dr's in last 5 years cause they keep leaving to join different offices. Kind of tells you something, doesn't it?
