Hopkins provided 5 star amazing service. Eric, the owner, even called me back in the evening. We dropped off our vehicle and the repair was done in only a few hours, and that was after they performed a thourough evaluation of the vehicle and made recommendations for items needing attention. In a time when it's hard to find a reputable auto repair person, Hopkins definitely answers the call.
Being able to depend on an auto repair shop to do what is needed to keep me safe and my vehicle in good condition is what I find in Hopkins Tire and Auto Repair. I know that when I text/call Eric that he cares and will give me an honest quote and his team will do the best job. Thanks again guys for fitting me in and repairing my car as quickly as possible. The situation could have ended very badly had I continued to drive.
From the minute I submitted a request, Joe was an awesome contact. We had a strange issue and it took alot of time, but the team was amazing. Total communication from start to finish and I always felt respected. Family owned and operated! These guys are very honest and very respectful. 10/10 . If you live nearby or don't. Call Joe! They will tell you the truth!
