been going here for about 15 years called for adivces and got someone who just said bring they in for what.
As a new client, I was unaware that when you call to make an appointment for your new adopted cat that you don’t actually see a veterinarian. I told the person on the phone this was the first visit to a vet and i only have paperwork from the pound. I was not told I would only be seeing a vet tech. If i knew that we would have called somewhere else. You are also not allowed in the room during your visit. I have no idea, if anything, was actually done. I had several questions but they didnt have the time to listen to me.
Doctor D,Spong and all team -the best ! Doctors can be professionals ,good, but you cannot find no one,so understanding and knowing, cares , he is not just doctor -he is your the best friend!
My 9 year old pug, Charlie, is still alive and thriving after being born with a liver shunt. Everyone at Hopkins Pet Hospital have helped me and Charlie so much over these nine years!!
This is a very friendly an knowledgeable vet clinic. i am thinking of switching to here.
