Megan the smile expert at hopkins crossroads dentistry made my smile and my teeth even nicer now than what they were before. I have had a couple of dental emergencies and Dr. J has come through big for me. Great timely service and expertise.
My original review was deleted due to that email going inactive but since I had such an awful experience here, I’m leaving it again to warn others away from coming here. I found this place after a dental emergency and when I got to my appointment, they recommended a million services that were unrelated to the actual emergency I had. They did not address the issue I went in with and I’m still having those problems to this day. STOP! Do not go.
Showed up for my appointment on time, checked in, twenty five minutes later they told me the dentist was too busy and I had to reschedule my appointment. I took off work to make this 10am appointment.
