I have received good customer service from this company in the past. However, when my air conditioning went out during the weeklong heat advisory that we experienced last week, I thought (assumed) that the part that was needed to repair my air conditioner would be shipped overnight so the repair would happen quickly. That didn’t happen; it took 4 business days (plus the weekend) for the part to come in, and I was without air conditioning for an entire week during the extreme heat wave. A year and a month after spending 10,000.00 on a new unit, the A coil failed and started leaking freon. Since it's a month out of warranty, labor & freon is going to cost another 1300.00. Should've never trusted putting in a Bryant from some of the other stories I read but it wasn't up to me. I tried talking my parents out of it. They're on a fixed income & have to put up with this bulkshit. They know they're installing junk & simply don't care.
