The service AC Tech was very knowledgeable about the situation and was part of the original install in January, fixed the problem without any issues and was very courteous throughout the entire process, Will Have My Business, Forever!!
I have received good customer service from this company in the past. However, when my air conditioning went out during the weeklong heat advisory that we experienced last week, I thought (assumed) that the part that was needed to repair my air conditioner would be shipped overnight so the repair would happen quickly. That didn’t happen; it took 4 business days (plus the weekend) for the part to come in, and I was without air conditioning for an entire week during the extreme heat wave.
