These type of reviews burn me, i hate writing or leaving them. I absolutely like USA mfg goods, but this oil pan is absolutely horrible in design. Any person with either basic knowledge knows that you’ll get more oil on the ground than in this pan. No dept, no decent pitch or steeper sides/ walls to keep the oil in. I would scrap these and start over. These might be good for a lawn mower, but certainly not recommend by any means for any type of vehicle.
Avoid this company and products at all costs. They are rude and do not reply. Called to request a replacement on a warranty issue and was told it would be mailed to me. I never received it. Emailed the same request and got a response from Kris who then ghosted me when I asked how soon she might get back with me. Called the tech line and spoke with a rude male who said they do not offer replacement pieces that break and suggested I buy all new units. I will never buy their cheap products again.
Beware doing business with this company. We have been trying to collect two invoices for nearly $15,000.00 from July and August of 2024. I'd be happy to revise this review if we get paid.
The alert system for our Brake Buddy quit working properly. After a phone call explaining the problem, the technician said he would send a new one to us. We were traveling, but they sent us via FedEx a new one to our RV park. We love our Brake Buddy! We love how this company stands behind the quality of their products.
I have owned and used 2 models of the Brake Buddy for nearly 10 years and 100k miles of RVing. I couldn’t be more pleased. Recently I had a problem and the company resolved it quickly at no charge, even paying shipping both ways, even though the unit was 5 years old at the time. You can’t beat reliability and service like that.
