I will not recommend this place if your love ones need more care. inadequate staffing

I wouldn’t recommend this place even for my worst enemy. Understaffed, over priced and they treat patients like they are an inconvenience. The only good thing about this place is they offer free parking.
Shame on this place for their constant lies during this time.

My husband only been at Hopkins Center for three days n so far its beautiful, nice n clean.the food is good to.No Complaints
I just visited my cousin of whom has been a resident there for three years...Since her stay her belongings has gotten misplaced and or stolen..Most times she is not bathed on a daily basis..Her hair is never combed or washed , but mind you she has money in her account to go to the resident beauty parlor.. This weekend I went to visit her and as I got off the elevator the stinch of piss was reeking in the air...! I don't do reviews usually but it is unfair for most of the staff at Hopkins to write that unbelievable comments. And so, here is my comment my husband was admitted there weeks ago and we had a very warm accomodation. Nurse Julius and Ms. Watts were very attentive to our needs. The nurse attendant Ms. Osmon and Angela were very nice. Rehab staff were wonderful.
I really just want to thank the staff and all the nurses at Hopkins for taking good care of my mom they are very polite and loving. They listen and help with our concerns all our questions were answered in appropriate manner and time. The lady that changes the bedding was patient. So I say thank you one more time.
It was clean the person we visited was up and dress, the workers we interacted with were very polite and friendly. I would recommend this place to my love ones
