Ask for Adam...!!! He was very nice and helpful to us also kept us updated on the car we bought everyday up until the day we picked it up. Was helpful when I told him I didn't have a lot of time to spend sitting there and could he have all the paperwork ready so all I had to do was sign. As far as the dealership itself we had no issues and the car has no issues. THE WORST EVER!!! stay away from them. They are the worst dealership, I was in there every week paying on my car and it was fine up until the receptionist told me I didn't have to come back until I was going to pay it off such was the next Friday and Thursday night my car was turned off and 10 minutes later my car was being towed. I happened to be going by Hopkins Automotive last night and got a flat tire. I pulled in and the place was packed. The service and the sales department were just a busy as could be. Go somewhere else We purchased a truck from Hopkins in July and as of today have spent 12,000 in repairs. From injectors, tire rod, head gaskets, and the list could go on. They ran it through their service department alright. For the first repair we took it to them and they had the truck for a month for a 10 hour high pressure oil pump repair. And something was kind of fishy the warranty card never came effective until after the truck was sent back to them not the date of purchase when we signed the papers but almost a month... read more

Bad Experience buying a Car Where to begin...I bought a 2002 VW Jetta from Hopkins Automotive on 12/10/2008, the day I took the car off the lot the check engine light came on. I called the salesman that sold me the car, and he had me setup a service appointment. Convenient Service I bought a Chrysler 300 at Hopkins Auto Sales last year and recently scheduled routine service work. I dreaded not having my car for a day, but Hopkins made it easy. When I called to schedule the work, the service manager told me about the Hopkins customer shuttle. She said it would be no problem to take me to work and pick me up in the afternoon. The shuttle worked like a charm.
