The people are very nice and helpful. They helped me get a great deal on my new Cherokee! Definitely will be going back to get a second vehicle. Went back for a second vehicle today and was able to drive away in my new used pickup which is in good shape and runs great!! Thank you !!
When into Hopkins to look for a vehicle trusted Eric finkbinder with my phone he needed proof of pay which I had in my phone let him download the information he wanted come to find out he's been in my phones account and I could see where he was linking Hopkins automotive to my personal accounts why he wanted to know if me and my ex. Where still involved.....tried calling about the loan process and no response plus I wanted to know why Hopkins is over my phone nothing no call back I see him up at the dealership so I go in and... read more
Mr.Erik was the best salesman i ever met. He went well beyond helping me! My last car that my husband brought me caught on fire. Dealing with a crappy insurance company it really stopped him from buying another car. I found a car at Hopkins and Mr.Erik got me approved for a way better car. The transition was quick and smooth!!! Thank you Mr.Erik I will be back for another car
I had a great experience buying my car here! The whole process was quick, easy, and stress free. Everyone was friendly, professional, and answered all of my questions without making me feel pressured. They made everything simple from start to finish, and I was driving away in my new car much faster than I expected. I highly recommend them to anyone looking for a smooth and hassle free car buying experience. Thank you for making it such a great day!
Adam and the rest of the GANG are amazing. They treated me right and I got the cutest little Kia. I am extremely happy with their honesty and service
