Great work
I have been using Hopkins Auto for 15 plus years for 3 different Subaru’s. They have always treated me as part of their family. They have never trued to sell me anything I don’t need. One of the most ethical companies I have ever worked with. I will continue working with them as long as I own a Subaru!
We had an appt scheduled for Oct 6. The week before, our car started losing coolant. I dropped it off telling them that if it took the week to look at it, that would be fine. They called later that day and said it was fixed and the car was ready to be picked up. Thank you for immediate service. It saved having to coordinate borrowing another vehicle.
Very good crew, I've saved quite a bit by the honest mechanics. Almost rated a 4 star only because it is a good walk to any kind of food location.
