Used this dentist for years, a couple of poorly done fillings but no real problems until I broke off a front tooth. He offered a bridge as the only solution, and blew off my request for an implant. Repair involved pulling the broken tooth, fitting two others with crowns attached to the new, fake tooth. When he first tried to put in bridge, I had to point out it wasn't even finished...the top was still a square block that hadn't been shaped!
