Dustin McDonald came out yesterday to service a warranty related issue with my dryer from Whirlpool. He was extremely personable, on-time, and fast. The call ahead was much appreciated. He showed up, no goofing around, and found the problem immediately. I swear, he was in and out in maybe 15min? Absolutely the rudest, most condescending telephone receptionist I have ever dealt with. I called to get more information on fees and prices, and when I questioned a circumstance (for which I prepared her in a previous call), she was belligerent and condescending to me, and she rudely continued to interrupt me. I will never recommend this company to anyone and will never contact them again.
