I am delighted with my new Kubota purchase. By far the best mower I have ever owned. Completely satisfied with Dennis and everyone involved in the sale. Have bought an oil filter so far for the first oil change at 11 hours. My plan is to have Hopf come pick up the mower and service every January. I purchased Kubota from Hopf because I have been disappointed in other dealers service work. I spent 35 years in customer service, so I have really high expectations. Hopf understands delighting customers!
Recently bought a Kubota B2650 from Dennis Strickland at the EVANSVILLE store. Dennis was super helpful and provided a no pressure environment while I was shopping for a tractor. He took time to follow up with me and quote several different configurations for me as I tried to figure out which tractor to go with.
