My cousin lives here. The apartment was well maintained because two years ago, several complaints about molded carpeting in the apartments was resolved by putting in wood flooring. The first floor has a community room where residents can gather and socialize with each other. Hopewell Baptist Church is affiliated with this apartment complex.
