Hopewell Psychological Services. I booked an appointment and stated that BlueCross would cover appointments booked with a Registered Psychologist. Ariana the receptionist assured me that I would be booked with one. I tried submitting my receipt online today and it would not process. I called BlueCross and the lady said I saw a counsellor.
