Worst clinic to visit doctor is really rude and disrespectful and give u bad advice and don’t know what to do telling u go see ur own doctor so rudely just wasted my day and time i will never suggest someone to go there worst place for you treatment
Terrible customer service, my appointment was interrupted 4 times cuz the doctor was doing all over else jobs In the place , not felt like care or well considered about my health just about papers and other things
I have been here for 2 years and every visit was great. Reception was fast and efficient and also does blood work and urinal test that I didn’t know until recently that not every clinics do! Wait time was also not that long. Dr. Rofail took great care of me and wife. She took great care of my wife during her pregnancy and delivered healthy baby 6 months ago! they should change the name to hopeless. Worst experience ever. I heard the doctor mary say that she is running a business not some charity in a room full of patients.
This place is a scam, I don't know how ohip let them get away with billing for nothing, they know they cannot help you after you explain to the receptionist but they still book you to see the doctor then doctor said cannot help me I should see my family doctor then still bill ohip for the visit
