Changing my previous review after a few visits. Very careless approach by the doctor concerning follow-ups. First appointements went great in terms of waiting times and prescriptions. When the time came to follow up on an issue the doctor explicitly said needed a follow up I was directed to the walk-in hours. Not HOPEWELL it’s a HOPELESS clinic. The doctor is impatient and passive aggressive, would call you several times for a simple treatment so she can keep the billing going. She would barely give you 1-2 minutes when make you wait 2 hours, will attend multiple patients at one time. After the treatment, about asking to fill a simple insurance form for sick days from work with a doctor’s note I was asked to pay nearly four hundred dollars and the invoice was sent to my insurer without my permission. This clinic is Asking 120$ for consultation even if you have OHIP. Avoid this clinic at all cost. REMEMBER CONSULTATION IS COVERED BY OHIP!!! FYI Government is paying for our consultation fee!!
Dr. Rofail requested me to have shingle shots .as PSW and nearing 70 y/o.her suggestion is very timely. My client has shingles now. If not for my shots. I cannot work with my client who is recuperating for 2 months. I was able to work until now because I have anti shingles shot. Thank u to Hopewell Clinic and esp to Dr. Rofail n desk nurses.
