Went on an early Friday afternoon. Even as a new patient, wait time was short and the doctor was attentive!. Would return. Editing my response to knock 2 stars off. The doc was nice but calling this facility an Urgent Care is inaccurate. They can't do xrays on site and can't really deal with fractures. 2 visits and an offsite xray and I was referred to the hospital anyway.
I was readily seen and treated, the Doc was very knowledgeable and reassuring.
Dr. Rofail was unprofessional and unkind. I was seeking help for my increasing depressive symptoms. She told me to stop crying and that I was an adult and not a baby.
Doctor is fantastic!!!! Doctor diagnosed me and sent me straight to Emergency and she was right I ended up being admitted and had to stay 5 days! Thank you so much! Wait times are not that long usually. All employees are so friendly. Highly recommend
