Despite multiple attempts to request the receipt, I was repeatedly told that your hospital has “no email” – which is extremely hard to believe for any professional institution in 2025. On top of that, I was abruptly told by another staff member to “just come pick it up” and the call was ended without any willingness to help, even after I clearly explained that I no longer reside in Canada.
I visit the Hopewell clinic when I can’t get in to see my family doctor and so glad that the doctor never disappoints me. She is extremely patient and very detailed when it comes to finding what is wrong and doesn’t send you way without a plan of action to resolve your issue. I’m so happy to have found her and I know I can count on her to treat me.
The dr Mary Rofail is the best person to help all the people
Unprofessionalism at the top! The “doctor” says I will address one problem at a time, even though the other issue you’re having, requires immediate attention. She says go to somewhere else, for other problem. They are disrespectful to elder beings as well and blames the patient as if they are responsible for what unfortunately is happening to them. Very good attention and attitude by all personnel in this walk in clinic, it takes a little time to wait but the Doctor takes its time to listen to you and to look at what's best for your treatment. Amazing service!
