A medical Center that once stood proud with proper patient service. Now a low grade medical center without proper call center personnel. Avg wait time to be seen is over a week out and if your physically impaired they make you reschedule when your 20 minutes late. Now what use to be a family practice has turned into how can I make get a quick buck and let you walk out still feeling like nothing has changed. Great job Hopewell Medical Center. Customer service for this office is very lacking. Prescriptions are not e-scripted in a timely manner, have to leave several emails to get a prescription sent and it is very frustrating. Especially when you have had a major surgery and on a monthly basis. Every month for over a year. I'm not sure what the solution to the problem could be . Changes definitely need to be made. Perhaps the Drs need to read the emails instead of the nurses?

Suspended my service to be seen over a $17.00 bill office staff is the most unpleasant people to deal with ever since Dr.Miller left the office place has went downhill staff is very unfriendly I will definitely be seeking another doctor’s office in the future

Have been going to this place as a child and because of that I've done my best to go no where else but in the past year I've really noticed a lack of care on so many levels. From simple staff members setting appts and getting messages to the appropriate people. Weve been lied to told we would receive a call shortly within 2 hrs and at the end of business I call to get they have left no idea will leave a message....... truly wanted the best for this place but if your looking for professional help that is quick and accurate w... read more

Horrible management. Doctors are fine but the way this place is managed is terrible. Went in for blood work 3 months ago everything checked out fine. Ran out of blood pressure medicine yesterday. Told I need to make an appointment before I can have it filled. Can't talk with a nurse or doctor only some call center where the people are rude. Guess I don't need to worry about going off the medication as the medical center is not concerned. Probably just a scheme to milk money out of people. Don't show up a few mins late because you drank to many fluids or they won't see you! They aren't even polite when they tell you that they canceled the appointment even when you called to let them know you are running late. My family will change doctors. I'd find another clinic if you need one. Also... they were really busy... they had a whopping 2 people in waiting room! Ridiculous. FYI: I had bronchitis and sinusitis... Thanks to BetterMed I got to see a doctor quickly.

I used to love this office. I love my Dr. But you can't get a hold of anyone to save your life. On hold for 20 minutes waiting to talk to anyone and no one answers the phone then they force you to leave a message and hang up. In previous experiences that don't call back or they will before they close when it's too late. I'm going to look into find a new Dr office.
