When I first moved in I loved it. It seemed like a nice place to live. Then my neighbor moved out and roaches came into my apartment. This was after the building revolt over the rent increase. Ppl were plastering signs, writing on the walls and more just to get their point across. During football season it is very loud. The so called gate code is useless. Ppl leave gates open and there are ppl who don’t live there who have the codes. There is a cat infestation around there so if you’re allergic, don’t bother. They will jump ... read more

I’m only putting one star because since sold to Peak Property they have done an amazing job. CONS: let’s start off with the biggest issue the roaches the roaches are so bad that I don’t understand why no one else has made this a big deal but I couldn’t do it. You have to constantly call for them to come out to spray when it should be already scheduled. Also I complained of the roaches dying in the fridge. Once you move in you will not be able to get in contact with anyone from the leasing office again. There is no onsite leasing office, your emails do not go through, and the phone doesn’t even ring. You can’t even get into contact with maintenance. Don’t waste your time! Also forgot to mention that the building is INFESTED with roaches! As much as you request maintenance to come over and treat your apartment they never do. This is not a fit place for anyone to live besides the roaches. Again do not waste you time and money!
