I was a resident there about a year ago. My apartment was broken into and the office lied and said it was my family that did it because I said they were there the day before to visit. Then when they came to replace the broken lock. They called me while at work and I couldn’t talk. Proceeded to say I had to go to the office to get my keys and couldn’t get off early enough. When I first moved in I loved it. It seemed like a nice place to live. Then my neighbor moved out and roaches came into my apartment. This was after the building revolt over the rent increase. Ppl were plastering signs, writing on the walls and more just to get their point across. During football season it is very loud. The so called gate code is useless. Ppl leave gates open and there are ppl who don’t live there who have the codes. There is a cat infestation around there so if you’re allergic, don’t bother. They will jump ... read more

I’m only putting one star because since sold to Peak Property they have done an amazing job. CONS: let’s start off with the biggest issue the roaches the roaches are so bad that I don’t understand why no one else has made this a big deal but I couldn’t do it. You have to constantly call for them to come out to spray when it should be already scheduled. Also I complained of the roaches dying in the fridge.
