I have been with this company for 8 months. When I first started I was very nervous about this job. That being said the employees made the transition very smooth. They listen to their employees concerns and in regards to scheduling issues and patient safety. The schedule is very flexible and up to you how you are scheduled. They are very understanding about family life issues.
