I was stunned and then appalled at the way the dentist spoke to me. She was condescending and cruel.
Most practioners and staff are knowledgeable and friendly.
Made me drive an hour and a half away, I was EARLY, and they said I needed to be here 30 minutes early so they wouldn’t see me. Avoid this place.
I liked dr. James alot at first. But because of her attitude and lack of empathy for her patients, I lost all respect for her and will notnev.backthere.there.
