Lived here for a few years now. Good open space for dogs to run around in. Maintenance has always been good as well. Quick responses. Jeanine in the leasing office is good too.
Hopewell Gardens is a good place to consider if you're looking for a basic living arrangement. I lived at HG in building H for a year and a half for a little over $1,000 per month in a small 1 bedroom. It was a no frills apartment, with a very small kitchen(the least amount of counter space imaginable), pipes that seemed to need work a few times a year(hot water supply also wasn't great if multiple people in the building were using it), and I would strongly recommend against it for more than 1 person living there.
