There is a very good reason this place has such a low rating. Absolutely the most unprofessional management, the first manager (they have had multiple in the short few months my dad resided here) took over 6 months to process the application for my Dad to move in. She was unresponsive we would have to constantly nag her and show up in person for her to actually respond to us and give us the next steps. Very clean very quiet
Huge disappointment currently. After over nine years of residency. . .. 9\1 : SUDDEN ADDED $20 SERVICE FEE - WHEN USING MANAGEMENT PORTAL FOR RESIDENTS Whaaa? Unable to elevate\ complain to higher property MGMT . This started approximately 3 years ago. Looking forward to relocating.
