My brother talked to the owner/manager in April and she said she had an apartment available on tMat 12th and she could sign the papers when she got back from Florida. On May 12th when she came back from Florida she then said someone was ahead of her in line. My mother had already packed up half her stuff in preparation for the move and her current landlady had already appraised her property to sell. It was very ill handled.
No applications are available for people to fill out. Never anyone in office. If u call and leave message not 1 person returns call. Even when calling Fairfield homes office you are transferred to a "manager" that does not answer.. leave message and that person don't return call. Left messages and dropped by everyday for 3 weeks. Doors locked. Been trying for 10 months and still nothing. Obviously not a good place.
This place is incredibly unorganized! Management constantly coming and going. Seems like the left hand doesn’t know what the right hand is doing. My grandmother has lived here for 4 years. I am her POA. I have ALWAYS paid her rent on time. NEVER LATE! Today I received a 3 day notice to leave the premises because she’s being kicked out because she owes 265.00!! WHAT?! How?!? Terrible place to live. The manager bullied us all the 1st 2 yrs open, failed to follow through with repairs, skimped on down spouting causing so much flooding behind my apartment arms I developed horrible mold in my apartment. I had to replace my tempur pedic bed, tv stand, tv, sofa, leather chair, clothing Merrill shoes boots, clothing, shoes, wicker storage totes, purses, pictures from my parents estate that were dear to me, 1 of my dogs was affected so much by the mold he snored so heavily and lost his hearing, not to me... read more
