When my mom first entered into this facility 5 yrs ago, there was more aides and a more caring atmosphere, Your questions and concerns were addressed in a timely manner. Slowly it has disintegrated into a "smile in your face" and a "don't care attitude" behind your back. Health issues for my mom has been a major issue. Last place you really want to be, the staff are all very courteous and helpful. There are no frills attached to the stay here. If you want something in general you don't have to wait long for a caretaker to answer your call.

this is the worst nursing home in the state of va....the employees are rude, patients neglected, boot leg all the way....i woudnt let a dog stay in this place!!!!!!

The staff is very caring. The staff and management always have time for clients and their families. The parking lot can be crowded during the morning, but I was always able to find a spot. Their are plenty of activities and the grounds are beautiful and accessible to patients.
