Since I can't get through on the phone hopefully you'll see this here. Can you do something about the dumping on your property? It happens all the time and the city has to come out and clean it. It blocks the sidewalk and parking in the street. It's your property. Do something about it.

I went thru a lenghy admition and I started having issues and the landlords both on site and in Portland office said that we try to help our tenants when they have issues so one or two came up and zero support the neighbors mostly are two faced and in the only four months I was there they made it unbearable for me to live there from eviction to jail me saying I had enough so I agreed to leave
