Dr. Baum is the bomb! He has treated my boys for quite some time now as they are 12 and 16! He is patient and kind and always puts the animals first! The rest of the staff are all fantastic so kind and caring. My boys love Leann and Kirsten and Corinne, they always take good care of them. Sherry and Joy and Linda always give them some lovins when they see them. My boys haven't scared Bethani off yet either! RecommendedVery professional and nice staff, very clean and neat environment. Drs. Baum and Zilly are very knowledgeable and compassionate about their patients. I have been going to Hopewell Animal Hospital for about 3 decades now and my parents have used them as well for their pets. I currently live in Middletown and will travel the 45 minutes to get the superior care my pets need. As long as I live around the Cincinnati area, I will never go anywhere else.
Dr. Baum and his staff are a fantastic group of people. They take good care of my fur babies. But on top of that, he always asks about the family and remembers from year to year what everyone is up to. Impressive!
Both doctors and staff are amazing! I can't say enough about how caring and wonderful they can be, especially with an aging doggie. They truly love and want what is best for your pet and it is a very comforting feeling.
We love everyone at Hopewell. Our greyhound loves going to see Dr Zili and Leann. I know he will always be well taken care of.
I've been going to H. A. H. since 2001 with the recommendation of a friend after I first moved to Cincy. I trust my pets lives with Dr. Baum and Dr. Zilli. They have saved my critters many times with some previous emergencies. The folks working there are wonderful, amazing, and truly care about their animal patients!
