I had an appointment at this clinic yesterday -(Jan 23/2026). I am going here for years now as I have my family physician here in this clinic. I never had any bad experiences before. Receptionist Rita is extremely helpful always. The doctors are very professional, attentive, and knowledgeable. For the medical care, I would give 5/5. Unfortunately, yesterday -(Jan 23/2026) my experience with the front desk staff ( I think she is new) was disappointing. Dr. Sam Al-Mubarak has been our family Doctor for over a year now. He is very personable and understanding. He explains the next steps and care plan very patiently and conducts tests as necessary. Overall, great medical care. About reception, the girls are helpful with scheduling, but there’s usually an hour long wait if you do not book an appointment. It’s a very busy place.
I have Dr. Sam as my family doctor and I can only say great things about him. Very professional and very helpful and very friendly doctor. Always there to help and explain everything. I'm so lucky to have him as my doctor. I'm always so comfortable to talk to him. He listen and always makes me feel like a family not only as a patient. Honestly I just sat there for 1 hour just for them to see patients that came in after me. I sat in the exam room for 30 minutes to watch the doctor deal with patients that just gotten their rooms. Honestly my back pain that is leaving crippled I'll just go to the hospital or suffer like usual. Thanks Hopeton Medical great job on no5 first come first serve and no they didn't have an appointment because those people went in before me.
I went in today with a absess tooth it was busy,but the receptionist was very kind she allowed me to go home and wait and call in a hr I called she told me me they were just about ready for me I went back it took 10 mins Dr saw me he was very kind man gave a prescription for amoxicillian best experience I have ever had a walk in clinic .I should note he did also advise I see a Dentist . It was a Sunday so I was very greatful he was able to help
