During my last visit, I was disappointed by my interaction with the new receptionist. Her behavior was unprofessional, and she was neither polite nor respectful. She came across as dismissive and made me feel as though I was an inconvenience rather than a patient seeking assistance. I understand that work can be stressful, but that should not affect the way patients are treated. Courtesy and professionalism are basic expectations in a healthcare setting. Dr. Sam Al-Mubarak has been our family Doctor for over a year now. He is very personable and understanding. He explains the next steps and care plan very patiently and conducts tests as necessary. Overall, great medical care. About reception, the girls are helpful with scheduling, but there’s usually an hour long wait if you do not book an appointment. It’s a very busy place.

I have Dr. Sam as my family doctor and I can only say great things about him. Very professional and very helpful and very friendly doctor. Always there to help and explain everything. I'm so lucky to have him as my doctor. I'm always so comfortable to talk to him. He listen and always makes me feel like a family not only as a patient. Receptionists are efficient and approachable. Dr. Noor Ibraheem is excellent. He talks through his reasoning and questions, and is approachable. The clinic itself (interior) is clean and pleasant to be inside. I've been here twice. Wait-times I experienced: - Tue around 10am = 30 minute wait time. - Sat around 2:30pm = 10 minute wait time.

They don't respond to calls. They don't answer the phone. Most of the time, their voicemail is full. Even if I get lucky enough to find space in their voicemail and leave a message, they never call back. Very unprofessional. And if I happen to get extremely lucky and actually speak to someone, they don't listen and are always in a rush to end the call. I am so tired of trying to reach them. Zero stars for the receptionist . This is by far the worst experience I have ever had with a family doctor's office.
