Highly recommend Hopestone Hospice! Working with Melissa (Head Nurse), Shannon (Social Worker), and Cassidy (CNA) provided the advocacy and additional care we needed while our father entered into End of Life Care. He was in a LTC facility and they were there for us when the facility staff failed to provide the comfort and care he really needed. Forever grateful for having this team at Hopestone!
I would like to shout out my Dad's hospice aide Cassidy. She is so personable and my dad loves her. She comes in everytime with a great attitude and treats him like she would treat her own dad. she leaves a permasmile on my dads face the whole time she is here. You can tell that she really cares about my dad and im sure that everyone else that she services Will say the same about her.
