Group facilitator charisma is the worst and rude and can be mean to residents idk how they would hire someone like her to work there She gets away with anything I would not not recommend coming here.
No staff on floor poor and disrespectful
You can never get in contact with anyone. Not an employee or a family member there, they NEVER answer the phone and ALWAYS send you straight to voicemail. Unprofessional.
I’m always striving to elevate.IF you’re ready for groups 3 times a day , Hopess is really a great place , the staff really do care , I’ll co-sign it. It’s really up to u if u want change , may all the gods bless the one’s who have defects or diseases ,addiction is lifestyle everyone is different.Just say no ,and never ever, well .trust a …. U can spread love knowledge and joy ..thank god for hopess .
Don't trust this place with safety of your loved one. After being referred by JFCS and completing the intake process they decided an hour and a half later to take her to another sketchy facility without contacting anyone or the facility itself and now probation is after her because she's not there............ disgusting
