Review is on par with the Rating for the company. Received good services from on provider and hands off service from another. Provider did not interact with my child. Supervisor acknowledged my concerns, but seemed defensive. Makes me want to vet future services.
Read the other 1 star comments- it’s the exact same as my experience!! They will come to your home, sit and watch your kid play or walk around. They don’t interact with your child, only the parents. It was a complete waste of time. I felt bad pulling my kid out of the program, but he wasn’t getting better at all, simply because nothing was being done?? I contacted the person in charge of the Birth-to-Three program (state funded program so of course it’s going to be bad) and they said that’s how it’s supposed to be. The progr... read more
My son hasn’t been here in a few years But I’ve sat and really thought about his time here and I never did a review, this place was Amazing! Not only did they support my son they supported me! Always flexible and accommodating it was really really sad to leave them actually! Hope everyone is doing great! Also their services linger once at hopesparks you will always be supported!
If you have the option to go somewhere else. PLEASE go. They do not help with anything. They come into your house just to watch you do things you been doing with your kids to help them. The reason we ask for them to come is too actually help nit stare at you do the same things we been doing for the past year and a half. We go through these people for speech services and have got nowhere with the services they offer.
