At first they were very friendly,, But after they discovered that they didn't take my insurance that they originally said they did. Trying to get the cost that I owe was like pulling teeth. The excuse was this is new to us. Ok I get that but to be as rude to me as they were is uncalled for. I have no problem paying what I owe but the way I have been treated I will never go back to them again.
