We just got back from spending a full week in Gulf Shores for a baseball tournament! The only place I frequented as much as the baseball fields was Hope's Cheesecake! We went three times! My absolute favorite cheesecake from there is the Heath cheesecake! It is the perfect blend of buttery, smooth cheesecake topped with bits of Heath bar and then drizzled with caramel and chocolate!!
