Stopped in route with new Dometic AC issues on our camper. Called ahead for afternoon appointment. When they looked at out unit we were told we probably had low freon. That unit would have to be replaced. Service mgr Mike Hart and owner Mike Silvil said they would contact Dometic for replacement unit / order it for us/ and we would return for warranty service. My husband and I decided to begin our hunt for a 5th wheel. Expanding our family and knowing that we would basically be living in the trailer for months at a time made for harder choices. We search several RV dealers, all over North Louisiana and even in to Mississippi. Hopes was actually one of our last stops, weird because its local for us. while visiting in laws here several things went wrong on our fifth wheel, made an appointment with them brought it in on the day of the appoinment they got everything fixed in a very timely mannor, very friendly knowledgable crew and the price was reasonable now I go back and get my propane bottles filled by them. Highly recommend them, and they also have a nice variety of trailers, fifth wheels, and motor homes to choose from.
