My daughters as of this post are 12 and 7 years old and have been coming to this practice and seeing Dr Jessica Robinson since birth. To say that this establishment has pleased me is an extreme understatement. Dr Jessica is so patient and observing and kind and sweet and gentle with the children, and my kids just love her to bits. Today was our second visit to my son’s pediatrician at Hope Health, and we had the same impression as before. Our appointment was around 3 pm, and although the staff already looked tired , which is understandable, they were still very respectful and kind to us. My son’s pediatrician, Dr. Nadia Carey, is the best. She’s a great listener, very attentive, empathetic, incredibly knowledgeable, and she truly cares for our son. If I could give this place 0 stars I would. Do not waste your time going to this pediatricians office. I cannot speak for all of the providers, but the one time we brought my newborn daughter here was nothing short of terrible. The staff is RUDE, the doctor she saw was not personable at all- very short with her answers to our questions as my husband and I are first time parents. The nurse did not wash her hands before handling my daughter. She checked her oxygen level and the O2 monitor read something totally different than ... read more
