My experience was good. I don’t know if because I didn’t have insurance the NP I saw updated my scripts, listened to my breathing, and that was it. No conversation about any concerns I discussed with her MA. It felt cold and disconnected. After checking out I think front desk forgot to notify the lab I was there. I waited about 30 min before another staff noticed I was still sitting and asked if I was waiting on the lab. Front desk, MA, pharmacy, and lab Staff were super friendly.
They are always so pleasant there
The facility is easy to access. The building and surroundings are always clean. The staff is enthusiastic and greetings are warm. I love the care I receive from Deanne Freeman and her staff.
