Very disappointing. I called October 2025 to schedule an initial appointment with Dr. Townsend because she was a black female doctor In our area. They provided an appointment for March 2026, Which was a bit far out, but I was OK with it. Then I receive a letter February 15, 2026 Letting me know my appointment has been rescheduled for July 2026. I am very pleased with the attention and the service that I receive from the medical staff at Hope Health in Manning. I especially appreciate Dr. Jessica Townsend's professionalism and the time she takes to make sure we discuss everything that I wish to discuss. Her regular nurses are used to my foibles, and I enjoy our appointments, when they make sure to answer all of my questions, and help me in other ways.
