Needed new primary care doctor and was able to make appt with Dr Deana Freeman for today at 9. I start work at 9 so made it with understanding early morning appt should get right in so can get to work as early as possible. At 930, still hadn’t been called in so got up and left. Office called me around 10 asking if I wanted to see the doctor. Yes I did an hour ago when your office contacted me 5 times confirming my 9am appt! Girl on phone acted like she could care less. Patients time is just as valuable as theirs
