I am so grateful for all the staff at Hope Health Dental on Irby. Everyone is always very polite and welcoming I must say I'm always happy to see Johnathan walk out. He and Dr. Daniel work very well together and are always exceptional. The two are very pleasant and comforting. They talk you through every step they are taking. I was overwhelmed with joy this morning because of the work they had done. I'm blessed to have amazing people to care for my dental needs!
They suck when it comes to your doctor leaving and you having to try to get a new primary doctor. Nobody let me know that she left. I found out when I called to schedule an appointment with my doctor. I would think they would tell you about them leaving and schedule you with a new primary doctor. The receptionist is very unprofessional. Do better.
Very nice clinic. The staff was amiable and explained each process thoroughly. Shannon was very helpful and great to talk to.
HopeHealth Irby is an excellent establishment and everyone I have come in contact with has always been helpful, pleasant, and all around awesome! I get the assistance and care I need, without the "nervousness" that sometimes come from being in a medical facility.
