When I started getting treatment at hope health by Dr Browning the treatment plan he had me on was excellent now that he has left us the doctor that replaced him Dr Jones is a horrible doctor doesn't know how to communicate with Patience, and have no empathy for her Patience.

hope health is scumbags the provider stephanie ferguson,has no clue about addiction was on soboxone drug tested me only had weed a sobo" in sytem that was friday ishe left me to go sick for 4 days. i go back she said she dont feel conftable.tell someone else to tell come back in a week thid provider sucks trust me if u go there u better have a clean piss test becuse the dumb bictch will throw u off clinic.so fuck u you and your next appoinment ill be fine with out u.that would mean i would ben out of meds for 12day dont send... read more

This time it’s my Mother.She has been a patient at Hope Health Dental Services for quite some time.This past weekend one of her front teeth broke off at the gum line.My wife called for an emergency appointment for her for some relief.She was told that the earliest emergency was 13 work days from today.My Mother is on a fixed income and has a Medicare improvement plan so dental services are limited.My concern is this if you are a provider to the general public as a dental provider and cannot actually provide needed services i... read more

Front Desk Staff, I think Raven and Rebecca, are so nice and helpful. Richard, in Licari's suite is also always so nice. Also, Taylor Thompson's office is always so warm and welcoming. I see Licari and my husband sees Thompson, and we both are happy with our providers.

Lady at the lab/xray window is not a people person. She is so rude. I have gone with my husband, mother and father and every time we go to check in, she is on the her phone. She looks at us and then at her phone and responds to whoever and then she looks at us again. She does not ask how she can help us or anything. I do not know if she does not like hispanics or if she is like that with everyone.

Once again I am astounded by the incompetance of Mary Mitchell's office. I am sitting here waiting on my elderly mother to have a seizure because this office can't seem to get the medication to the pharmacy. My mother is in very poor health. and a seizure may come with other complications. There is no excuse for this at all. If you value Hope or Health, stay as far away from Hope Health as you can.
